Beth Brody Bio
Beth Brody has operated as an independent public relations consultant since 1988. Assisting clients both large and small, in industries as varied as high technology and healthcare to entertainment and publishing, Brody’s creative ideas and media contacts have contributed to her success. She has provided public relations services to The Wall Street Journal’s WSJ.com, Dun & Bradstreet, Educational Testing Service, Berlitz, Merrill Lynch, Foundations Behavioral Health, Gramophone, Janssen Pharmaceutica, JVC, Marquis Who’s Who, Music Sales Corporation, National Medical Enterprises, and others. She handled the publicity for CareerCast’s Jobs Rated reports for which she generates placements nationally and globally in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Time, CNBC, CNN, NBC, Huffington Post, AOL, Forbes, Bloomberg Business Radio, Mirror UK, Sydney Morning Herald, Australia New Daily, The Late Show, etc.
Brody serves on the board of directors of the NJ Communications, Advertising and Marketing Association and is founder of the River Communications Group, a professional networking group for creatives. She has spoken to numerous professional organizations, including the Public Relations Society of America, and the Cable Television Network of NJ. Brody earned a B.S. degree in Communications, Television and Radio and a minor in English from Ithaca College.
